This bakery has grown out of meals and snacks I have made for my clients, friends, and family over the years. All products are gluten free and made in my home kitchen. My current gluten free breads are made out of a desire for a nutritious and hearty slice of toast that is also gluten free. Enjoy with your favorite jam or make it into a savory sandwich. Keeps well in the freezer. Toast and enjoy!
I am currently offering my seed breads and other rotating products below. When you place an order I’ll contact you via the email provided to confirm a date and time for pickup or potential for local delivery. Orders typically fulfilled within 2-3 days of ordering or can schedule for a future date.
The Junco bird is a hardy, hardworking forager closely associated with the arrival of winter in Minnesota. A friendly reminder of the changing season that allows time to slow down and reflect as the snow creates a quiet calm. As the snow melts they depart and make way for the rebirth of a new spring.
Seed + Nut Toast is a classic bread with a favorite mixture of well, seeds and nuts!
Ingredients: GF rolled oats*, sunflower seed*, flax seed*, walnuts*, chia seed*, psyllium, maca root powder*, sea salt, maple syrup*, filtered water, EV olive oil*, ghee* *Organic ingredients
Birdseed Toast is all about the seeds - exchanging the walnuts in our Seed + Nut Toast for sweet and nutty flavored pepitas for a completely nut free toast.
The standard loaf includes about 20 slices and measures approximately 8.5”L x 4”W x 2.5”H.
The pair of mini loaves is the same amount of bread as the standard loaf, but baked in two separate smaller loaves for sharing or freezing. Each loaf includes about 15 slices and measures approximately 6”L x 3.5”W x 2”H.
